Securitize has added 13 US equities to its Securitize Stocks platform on Solana, taking its lineup of on-chain stock tokens to 25 less than four weeks after launch.

The expansion, announced on November 2, 2026, adds ExxonMobil, Salesforce, GameStop, Disney, Arista Networks, Flex, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, Lumentum, Merck, Seagate Technology, Texas Instruments and Uber. The first batch of 12 went live on October 8, 2026, and included Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla, Amazon and SpaceX. We covered that debut when Securitize put Apple, Nvidia and Tesla onchain.

How the tokens work

Each token is backed 1:1 by underlying shares held in custody and not lent out. The tokens trade on Solana and settle in USDC, with Jump Trading supporting liquidity. Eligible investors in the US, EU and other permitted markets can access them, subject to local rules and verification.

In the US, the issuer is Securitize Markets, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member, and the tokens are security entitlements under UCC Article 8. European customers hold interests through Securitize's regional brokerage.

Limits on ownership

The tokens carry applicable dividend and voting rights, but they are not a substitute for direct registration on a company's shareholder list. The 25 underlying companies have not issued or endorsed the products.

Trading currently runs beyond regular US market hours. Securitize plans round-the-clock trading but has not announced a firm start date.

Venues and competition

The offering is designed for the planned OKXICE tokenized securities venue, which has not launched, and a proposed NYSE digital venue. Both depend on regulatory and operational approvals. No launch dates or trading volumes for the 13 additions have been given.

The DTCC is rolling out its own tokenization service, which on its face moves into Securitize's territory. StoneX analyst Mark Palmer said in a Monday note that the service validates rather than threatens Securitize, because the DTCC offering is permissioned and initially limited to certain securities, participants and blockchains. Securitize trades on the NYSE under the ticker SECZ.

Context

The expansion follows a contested stretch for tokenized equities. In late October, Securitize bought a WSJ ad to rebut a campaign against tokenized stocks, after an ad from Common Sense Leadership Fund warned CEOs off the products.

The lineup has now roughly doubled, from 12 names to 25, in under four weeks.
