Account
How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign In" button in the top navigation. You can sign up with your email address, Google account, or connect a crypto wallet through our authentication provider, Privy.
Can I link my crypto wallet to my account?
Yes. After signing in, visit your Hub settings to connect an Ethereum, Solana, or other supported wallet. This enables on-chain badges, certificates, and future reward distribution.
How do I reset my password?
If you signed up with email, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If you use social login or wallet authentication, no password is required.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion" and we will process your request within 7 business days. All personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Courses & Academy
Are courses free?
Many of our courses are completely free. Some advanced or premium courses may require a subscription or one-time payment. Course pricing is clearly shown before enrollment.
How do courses work?
Each course is divided into lessons with text, video, and interactive content. Complete quizzes at the end of each lesson to earn XP and unlock the next section. Finish all lessons to receive a certificate.
Can I access courses on mobile?
Absolutely. Blockchain Academics is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. Your progress syncs across all devices.
How do I get a certificate?
Complete all lessons and pass the final assessment for a course. Your certificate will appear in your Hub under Certificates and can be shared on LinkedIn or verified on-chain.
XP & Rewards
What is XP?
XP (Experience Points) is our gamification system that tracks your learning progress. Earn XP by completing lessons, quizzes, challenges, and daily activities on the platform.
Does XP have monetary value?
No. XP is an engagement metric only and does not have monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is not a cryptocurrency or token. It is used for leaderboards, badges, and progression tracking.
How do badges work?
Badges are awarded for reaching milestones such as completing your first course, maintaining a streak, or reaching a leaderboard rank. Some badges can be minted as on-chain NFTs.
What is the leaderboard?
The leaderboard ranks users by XP earned within a given period (weekly, monthly, all-time). Top performers may receive recognition, early access to features, or promotional rewards.
Events
How do I attend an event?
Browse upcoming events on the Events page and click "Register" or "RSVP." Virtual events are hosted via livestream directly on the platform. In-person events include venue details on the event page.
Are events recorded?
Most webinars and AMAs are recorded and made available on the Events page after the live session. Check individual event pages for replay availability.
Can I host or suggest an event?
Yes, we welcome community proposals. Reach out via our Contact page with details about your proposed event, and our events team will get back to you.

What browsers are supported?
We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Brave. For the best experience, keep your browser updated.
The site is not loading properly. What should I do?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, disabling extensions, or switching to a different browser. If the issue persists, contact us with a screenshot and your browser version.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Visit the Contact page and select "Bug Report" from the subject dropdown. Include as much detail as possible: the page URL, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication via Privy, and follow best practices for data protection. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
