How do I get my API key?

Paid plans: check out through Stripe and the key is minted and emailed within about 30 seconds. Free plan: request a key on the signup page, no card needed.

What happens if I go over quota?

Free and Starter stop until the monthly reset. Pro and Team keep going, with overage billed at $0.0002 a call on the next invoice. Enterprise is negotiated. Email alerts go out at 80% and 100% of quota.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time and self serve. Upgrades prorate immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No contract on Starter, Pro or Team.

Do agent-backed tools use extra credits?

Agent jobs (due diligence, research reports, tokenomics models) count against a daily job quota, not the call quota: 10 a day on Pro, 50 on Team, unlimited on Enterprise. Each job returns a job_id you poll.

How does attribution work?

Every response includes a cite_url pointing at the article or entity dossier the data came from, plus a source_hash for tamper evidence. The free plan must surface cite_url in agent answers; paid plans may keep it internal.

Is there a free trial?

The free plan is the trial: 2,000 calls a month, no card, no expiry. Enough to ship a prototype; upgrade when you outgrow it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout runs through Stripe: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Invoices are available on request for the Team plan.
