In a strategic move to strengthen its web3 onboarding framework, Alchemy has acquired NFT launchpad HeyMint. This acquisition is set to amplify Alchemy’s Smart Wallets—programmable, enterprise-grade blockchain wallets designed for seamless, secure web3 access.

Unveiled earlier this year, Alchemy Smart Wallets offer frictionless onboarding, gasless transactions, robust security, and flexible authorization. The integration of HeyMint’s no-code tools and proven infrastructure will further these features, streamlining the developer experience and expanding user accessibility.

HeyMint has gained traction with over one million users and supported 40,000 creators, driving $38 million in NFT sales. Its Launchpad and Allowlist tools, built to lower entry barriers for digital creators, align closely with Alchemy’s mission to scale web3 adoption.

“We built HeyMint to make web3 accessible to anyone,” said Flor Ronsmans De Vry, co-founder and CTO of HeyMint, who will now join Alchemy. “Joining Alchemy gives us the scale and reach to make secure, user-first onboarding available to every developer and project.”

Alchemy plans to integrate HeyMint’s SDK and embeddable tools across diverse platforms including apps, games, and digital loyalty systems. These capabilities are expected to enhance the Smart Wallet ecosystem and support brands aiming to enter the web3 space with minimal technical overhead.

To date, HeyMint’s tools have helped users save approximately $38 million—$9 million on allowlists and $29 million in NFT launch costs—while enabling campaigns for global entities like Mastercard, Ubisoft, Universal Music Group, and The Sandbox.

This marks Alchemy’s second acquisition this month, following its purchase of Solana infrastructure provider DexterLab, reinforcing its strategic intent to broaden blockchain support beyond Ethereum and innovate across the crypto ecosystem.

As web3 tools become essential for digital creators and companies alike, Alchemy’s acquisition of HeyMint positions it as a leading enabler of frictionless, accessible blockchain experiences.
