KuCoin Adds Cypher (CYPR) to Lineup, Boosting Blockchain-Based Spend Rewards
KuCoin lists Cypher (CYPR), a blockchain rewards protocol transforming global loyalty programs and crypto payments.
Global crypto exchange KuCoin has announced the listing of Cypher (CYPR), a protocol aiming to revolutionize how consumers and brands interact through blockchain-based reward systems. The CYPR/USDT trading pair goes live on October 5, 2025, marking a significant step for both KuCoin and the rapidly expanding crypto payments sector.
Deposits for CYPR are already open via the BASE-ERC20 network, with a one-hour call auction scheduled between 09:00 and 10:00 UTC before spot trading officially begins. Withdrawals will open on October 6 at 10:00 UTC, according to KuCoin’s announcement. The exchange has emphasized that only BASE-ERC20 deposits will be supported to ensure seamless transactions for early participants.
At its core, Cypher Protocol seeks to bridge the gap between everyday spending and blockchain technology. Through its Cypher Crypto Card, users can earn spend rewards in cryptocurrency—effectively transforming traditional loyalty programs such as airline miles, retail points, and credit card cashback into a decentralized, borderless reward system. The initiative offers a modern take on consumer engagement, empowering both users and brands to interact within a transparent digital ecosystem.
“Cypher is redefining what loyalty means in the digital economy,” said a KuCoin spokesperson. “By bringing decentralized rewards and payments together, we’re expanding how users can benefit from their spending, not just within crypto but across their daily lives.”
KuCoin is also enhancing the trading experience for CYPR by enabling its suite of automated trading bots from day one. The CYPR/USDT pair will be compatible with Spot Grid, Infinity Grid, DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging), Smart Rebalance, and Spot Martingale bots. In addition, AI-powered trading bots, including Spot Grid AI Plus and AI Spot Trend, will be available, offering users more advanced strategies through algorithmic and intelligent market analysis.
The listing underscores KuCoin’s ongoing strategy to diversify its offerings and tap into the emerging decentralized finance (DeFi) and payments landscape. As global demand for blockchain-based payment systems grows, projects like Cypher are positioning themselves at the intersection of fintech and consumer engagement—an area that could redefine how digital assets are used in everyday commerce.
By integrating CYPR, KuCoin continues to reinforce its role as one of the leading exchanges for innovative crypto assets, providing its users early access to protocols that merge utility, DeFi, and real-world usability. For Cypher, the exchange listing represents a major milestone in its mission to connect Web3 technology with global consumer behavior.
