The Ethereum Foundation added a fourth member to its board on Tuesday, naming pcaversaccio, a security researcher and author of the "Ethereum Cypherpunk Manifesto," to the position amid broader leadership changes at the organization.

The Foundation confirmed the appointment on its official blog, describing pcaversaccio as a long-standing contributor to the Ethereum ecosystem. The announcement noted his role as co-founder and lead of SEAL 911, an emergency security response firm focused on blockchain vulnerabilities, and his prior involvement with the EF's Silviculture Society, an informal advisory body that provides counsel to Foundation leadership.
