Our mission is to increase the freedom of money and financial access for people around the world. About the Role: The Global CDD Manager leads CDD and EDD standards across all FIAT and banking partner relationships globally. The role ensures the company meets AML/CFT, sanctions and licensing obligations for retail and corporate customers, and for the financial institutions, payment providers and FIAT rails through which those customers transact. Beyond customer due diligence, the role owns the end-to-end risk management of the FIAT partner lifecycle: how partners are assessed before onboarding, how their risk is rated and re-reviewed on an ongoing basis, how information requests and escalations are handled between us and the partner, and how partner-driven events are contained without disrupting customer service or the wider payment network. The hire will work with local MLROs and compliance teams to align global standards with local requirements, maintains oversight of CDD controls, and acts as the primary point of contact for banking partners, auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders on compliance matters. What You’ll Do: Banking and fiat partner relationship management.  - Serve as the firm's compliance point of contact and escalation channel for banking and fiat partners across all jurisdictions, covering on-ramp and off-ramp, payment rails and settlement arrangements.  - Lead partner onboarding, periodic reviews, incident management and exit decisions, review contractual compliance obligations (CDD, data sharing, transaction monitoring, travel rule and audit rights), and maintain a current inventory of channels and relationships with concentration exposure by partner, corridor and currency. Fiat partner lifecycle risk framework. - Design and own a unified global framework for assessing fiat partner risk across the full lifecycle: onboarding due diligence, launch, ongoing monitoring and exit or migration.  - Standardise the onboarding due diligence methodology, define the risk drivers with a named accountable owner for each, calibrate the tiered risk rating matrix — including post-launch operational and settlement performance — and set review frequency by risk tier with defined triggers for ad hoc review. Regulatory and stakeholder alignment.  - Ensure the framework satisfies material outsourcing requirements under the ADGM rulebook and equivalent local regimes, and align review cadence and escalation channels with Finance, Risk, Security and the Third Party Due Diligence function so that a single periodic review meets all stakeholder requirements.  Partner RFI and cooperation framework.  - Design and own the framework governing how banking and fiat partners raise requests for information and how the firm responds, in partnership with Customer Service, Bank Relations and Compliance.  - Establish onboarding service levels and communication protocols, define reason-code standards with a process to return incomplete or incorrectly coded requests, agree expected RFI ratios with partners in advance, negotiate reciprocal cooperation terms, and maintain continuity arrangements so response capability does not depend on individual availability. Global CDD and EDD standards, assurance and remediation.  - Ensure global CDD and KYB standards are met across all entities, products and jurisdictions, aligned with local requirements through the MLRO community.  Oversee the design and operation of customer risk rating and enhanced due diligence frameworks, including fiat-specific factors such as payment corridors, cross-border flows and counterparty banks, and provide guidance and challenge to the first line of defence.  - Manage relationships with external auditors and assurance providers, support regulatory and partner inspections, and own the global remediation tracker as the single source of truth for status, ownership, due dates and evidence, driving items to validated closure. Product, automation and reporting.  - Partner with Product and Technology leadership to design and deliver global and local CDD, EDD and partner-risk enhancements with automation and scalability built in from design.  - Manage multiple cross-jurisdiction projects and vendor or platform solutions for partner monitoring and RFI handling, and report progress, risk position and remediation status to senior management and governance forums with clear KPIs, risk appetite thresholds and escalation triggers. What We’re Looking For: - 7+ years of CDD, KYC/KYB or financial crime compliance experience, including at least 3 years in FIAT, payments or banking. - Hands-on experience managing third-party relationships with banks, payment providers or other regulated partners, including onboarding due diligence, periodic review and exit. - Experience designing or operating a partner/counterparty risk framework, including risk rating matrices, risk drivers and periodic review cycles. - Experience tracking and remediating audit, regulatory or programme findings across multiple teams and jurisdictions. - Experience with external audits and regulatory examinations, including managing findings to closure. - Deep knowledge of global AML/CFT, sanctions and CDD requirements, and of customer risk scoring frameworks. - Knowledge of licensing requirements for financial services and crypto-related business across relevant jurisdictions, including outsourcing and third-party requirements. - Demonstrated ability to align multiple stakeholder gr
