STON.fi, the leading automated market maker on The Open Network (TON), launched cross-chain swaps today, enabling users to move stablecoins directly between TON, TRON, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, and Robinhood Chain through a single, self-custodial interface.
The feature marks a significant step toward integrating TON's growing DeFi ecosystem with established EVM networks and TRON's massive stablecoin infrastructure. Users can now swap stablecoins across nine major chains without leaving the STON.fi app, eliminating the need to bridge assets separately or use multiple protocols.
The launch addresses a critical friction point in multi-chain DeFi. Previously, users moving stablecoins between chains typically had to use separate bridge protocols, each introducing additional smart contract risk and transaction costs.
